Coming from Silicon Valley, he understands how organisations build sustainably profitable businesses, not through perfect planning, but through disciplined investment decisions.

His work focuses on helping leaders make better choices about where to invest, how to align strategy with execution, and how to build portfolios that can evolve over time.

Outside of his work, Luke is a husband, father and game designer, with a strong belief that the best ideas emerge through collaboration and play.
