What is needed

The organisation in transition is hungry for knowledge. If you want to take charge yourself, you have to know what you are talking about. The right knowledge, qualifications and professional skills are needed to get the organisation moving.

Training courses are sometimes in the open line and always bookable in-company. We also provide complete training programmes specifically for certain roles in your organisation, supplemented by coaching if required.

Practical experience

Connected Movement has no full-time trainers. We are a network of professionals in Scaling Agile who provide training from their own expertise in a cadence of once or twice a month. This way, we always offer an energetic experience for participants and the trainer.

Interim

Connected Professionals supports where needed. We are not a traditional consulting firm but a network of professionals with specialisations in Scaling Agile, Lean Portfolio Management, DevOps, Agile Transformation, etc., among others.

We can (temporarily) fill various roles in your organisation and are strong in coaching on the job. We ensure that the organisation itself remains in control and that we support where necessary. This way, we secure knowledge and the agile mindset within your organisation.
