This includes courses for teams, Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers, executives, and project managers such as the Role in Map method.
During a large-scale transformation within a hybrid organisation, there appeared to be a lot of confusion about roles and responsibilities between the Agile teams and the project management team. Using the Role in Map method, we worked with the client to create clarity, leading to improved cooperation and efficiency. This process was supported by training sessions for both Agile teams and project and portfolio managers, combined with our expertise in SAFe, DASA DevOps and hybrid working methods.
