Get Connected Live is an inspiring afternoon where learning, interaction and connection come together. You’ll join expert-led sessions, explore current topics such as SAFe, Team Topologies, AI-Native and Profit Streams, and engage in conversations with trainers and professionals from the field. It’s a chance not only to gain new insights, but also to exchange ideas, ask questions and connect with others who are working on similar challenges.
Get Connected is for professionals who are working in and around organisational change and want to sharpen how they think, decide and move forward in practice.
You are likely to get value from this event if you are a:
This event may be especially relevant if you recognise one or more of these challenges:
Get Connected brings together learning, reflection and real conversation. so you leave not only with new ideas, but with perspectives you can take back into your work.
Across two rounds, these three sessions will each be offered. You can join one session in the first round and another in the second. If you miss one that you were curious about, do not worry, the event is also a great opportunity to connect with others afterwards and exchange insights from the sessions you did not attend.
From AI experiments to everyday practice: how organisations shape AI-native ways of working
Many AI initiatives start with energy, but end up changing very little about how work actually gets done. Tools are explored, people are trained, yet processes, decisions and collaboration largely remain the same.
In this session, we step into a concrete case of an organisation that is actively trying to make this shift. How does AI translate into daily workflows? What changes in roles and decision-making? And where does it break down? Together with an AI-native expert, we explore this case and examine what happens when AI becomes part of how teams operate.
A focused session for professionals who want to move beyond experimentation and understand what it takes to make AI work in practice.
From price to value: how VOCA learned to look at growth differently with Profit Streams™
Many organisations talk about pricing, but over time discover that the real question is not about price at all, but about value.
In this session, VOCA will share how Profit Streams™ helped them take a sharper look at their propositions, customer segments and value creation. They moved from one product with one price to multiple propositions, stronger segmentation and a more compelling value story for customers.
Together with Sebastiaan Zuiddam, they will explore how customer benefit analysis, pricing and positioning strengthen one another.
A practical session for founders, product leaders and portfolio managers who suspect there is more value in their business than is currently visible.
From team design to workable collaboration: how organisations apply Team Topologies in practice
Team structures that make sense on paper often behave differently in practice. Dependencies remain, ownership becomes blurred, and collaboration does not naturally follow the designed boundaries. In this session, we step into a concrete case of an organisation that is working on reshaping teams and responsibilities. What was designed, where did it break down, and what choices were made to move forward?
Together with João Rosa, we explore this case and examine what happens when Team Topologies is applied within an existing organisational context. A focused session for professionals working on team design who want to understand what it really takes to make collaboration work.
