Advanced SPC Certification Path (ASPC)
The Advanced SPC Certification Path is designed for experienced SAFe Practice Consultants who want to deepen their expertise in transformation leadership, organisational change and Business Agility.
As organisations scale Agile ways of working, the complexity of transformation increases. Challenges move beyond frameworks and implementation mechanics into leadership alignment, organisational design, culture, decision-making and systems thinking. This learning path helps experienced SPCs develop the capabilities needed to guide transformation at that level.
The focus is not simply on applying SAFe practices, but on enabling sustainable organisational change across teams, ARTs, portfolios and leadership structures. Participants strengthen their ability to act as trusted advisors who can guide organisations through uncertainty, complexity and continuous change.
Topics include advanced facilitation, coaching stances, systems thinking, organisational development, leadership collaboration, transformation strategy and enabling organisational learning. The programme also explores how to support leaders and teams in building alignment, improving flow and strengthening Business Agility across the enterprise.
The learning experience is highly interactive and grounded in real-world transformation practice. Through workshops, facilitated discussions, reflection exercises and practical transformation scenarios, participants deepen both their strategic insight and their ability to lead meaningful organisational change in complex environments.

What happens during the training?
During the learning path, participants work on advanced transformation and leadership challenges drawn from complex organisational environments.
The programme explores topics such as systems thinking, organisational change, facilitation, leadership alignment and transformation strategy. Participants reflect on realistic transformation situations and learn how to support organisations beyond frameworks, tooling and implementation mechanics alone.
There is a strong focus on advanced facilitation and coaching capabilities. Participants practise techniques that help leaders, teams and ARTs improve collaboration, alignment and organisational learning within large enterprise environments.
