Sukie started as a Network Administrator and Technical Architect, before going on to build a global Project Management Office (PMO) for a large international organisation. This broad background gives him a deep understanding of how technology, processes and people come together in complex organisations.
Sukie helps organisations design and implement ways of working and operating models that combine fast feedback, smooth value flow and a strong customer focus. He looks beyond processes and structures to address the culture, leadership and collaboration needed to achieve lasting results.
Over the course of his career, he has guided leaders and teams on five continents and has lived and worked in four different European countries. This gives him a deep understanding of the challenges involved in driving change in international and culturally diverse organisations.
