Applying Professional Scrum Training (APS)
Discover how Scrum helps teams collaborate more effectively, learn faster and deliver more value in complex environments. In this hands-on training, you experience Scrum primarily by doing it. No lengthy theory sessions — just working together in teams, practising with realistic scenarios and seeing how Scrum actually works in practice.
Content
Many teams know Scrum mainly from theory or isolated ceremonies. In practice, genuine collaboration, ownership and continuous improvement often prove harder than expected.
This training is centred on experience. You work continuously in Scrum teams on assignments, simulations and practical scenarios. In doing so, you discover not only how Scrum works, but above all why Scrum helps teams collaborate more effectively, get faster feedback and create greater focus on customer value.
Topics covered include empiricism, teamwork, Sprint Planning, Product Backlog management, stakeholder collaboration, transparency, Definition of Done and continuous improvement.
The training is highly interactive and practical. You learn by working together, experimenting and reflecting directly on what does and does not work within Scrum teams.
In the open cohort, you also learn from the experiences and perspectives of people from different organisations and sectors. As a private training, APS helps teams build shared alignment, collaboration and a common Scrum language within their own organisational context.
