GenAI-Enhanced Certified Scrum Master® (CSM)
Many organisations use Scrum but find that the framework alone isn’t enough to make teams truly successful. The difference is often made by the Scrum Master: someone who strengthens collaboration, helps teams grow and creates an environment where continuous improvement is the norm.
The GenAI-Enhanced Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) training combines the globally recognised Certified ScrumMaster® programme from Scrum Alliance with practical applications of Generative AI. You’ll learn not only how Scrum works, but above all how to help teams, Product Owners and organisations collaborate more effectively and deliver greater value as a Scrum Master.
During the training, you’ll deepen your knowledge of Scrum, empirical working, servant leadership, facilitation, coaching and team development. You’ll also explore how Generative AI can support your day-to-day work as a Scrum Master — from preparing retrospectives and analysing feedback to recognising patterns within teams and improving communication and collaboration.
Through interactive exercises, simulations and real-world examples, you’ll develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to support Scrum Teams effectively. You’ll leave not just as a certified Scrum Master, but as a modern facilitator of collaboration, growth and continuous improvement.

20+ client reviews
I joined the training to get my CSM certification, but left with far more than that. In particular, the combination of Scrum Mastery, facilitation and practical AI applications made an immediate difference to my day-to-day work. As a team lead, I was looking for more structure in how I coach and facilitate. The training gave me not just a solid Scrum foundation, but also new insights into how AI can help with preparation, analysis and continuous improvement. Most training courses focus on the framework. This one was primarily about how you help people and teams succeed. The AI component was a valuable addition to the Scrum Master role.
