Gino Shahidi is a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Product Management expert and coach with nearly twenty years of experience in product management, leadership and organisational change. He supports organisations, product teams and leaders in developing products that demonstrably add value for customers and the business. He combines deep subject-matter expertise with extensive hands-on experience across both start-ups and international organisations.
One of only four Certified Scrum Trainers in the Netherlands, Gino is part of an exclusive group authorised to deliver official Scrum Alliance certification training. Within Connected Movement, he works as a trainer, coach and subject-matter expert in Product Management, Product Leadership and AI. He is also a co-developer of the GenAI-Enhanced Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO) and the founder of Product Gym.
For Gino, Product Management is about far more than processes, roles or frameworks. It starts with understanding customers, making deliberate choices and building products and services that deliver real value. He helps product professionals connect strategy, technology and customer needs — and make better product decisions as a result.
His training sessions are interactive, practice-based and focused on immediate application. Participants are challenged to look beyond methodologies and explore how they can create more impact in their own context. Through real-world examples, reflection and hands-on exercises, insights are translated directly into concrete actions.
Alongside Product Management, Gino has extensive expertise in Scrum, Agile, innovation and AI. He sees AI as an opportunity to free up product professionals for strategic thinking, customer insight and innovation. His mission is to help organisations and product teams learn continuously, make better decisions and create lasting customer value.
