Many Product Owners have a solid grounding in Scrum, but find that the real challenges emerge as products, stakeholders and organisations become more complex. This advanced training explores how experienced Product Owners can work more effectively with complexity, uncertainty and continuous change. You will gain insight into topics such as product strategy, stakeholder management, value validation, empiricism, product discovery and outcome-driven product development, and discover how Product Owners make better product decisions based on data, feedback and customer insights.
Topics covered include Product Goal alignment, evidence-based management, stakeholder dynamics, experimentation, product metrics, forecasting and collaboration with Scrum teams and business stakeholders. You will also explore how Product Owners help organisations work in a more value-driven and customer-centric way.

About the exam
After the training, you will receive an exam voucher for the official Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) assessment from Scrum.org.
The online exam consists of multiple-choice questions and covers advanced Product Ownership, product strategy, stakeholder management, empiricism and value-driven product development. The exam is in English.
If you take the exam within 14 days and do not pass with at least 85%, you will receive a second exam opportunity from Scrum.org at no additional cost.
Certification
On successfully completing the assessment, you will receive the internationally recognised Professional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II) certificate from Scrum.org.
The certification confirms your advanced knowledge of Product Ownership, Scrum and Agile product development. Scrum.org certifications do not expire.

Yes. One exam voucher for the official PSPO II assessment from Scrum.org is included with the training.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. On successfully completing the assessment, you will receive the internationally recognised PSPO II certificate from Scrum.org.
