Professional Scrum with Kanban Training (PSK)
Many Scrum Teams work hard but struggle to deliver value predictably. Work piles up, dependencies slow down flow and teams lose focus by taking on too much at once. The result is waiting times, context switching and less energy spent on actually finishing work.
The Professional Scrum with Kanban (PSK) training from Scrum.org shows how Scrum and Kanban complement each other. You will learn how to apply Kanban practices within Scrum without changing the framework. The focus is not on doing more work, but on improving flow, transparency and predictability.
During the training you will explore how to visualise work more effectively, manage Work In Progress (WIP), surface bottlenecks and use flow metrics to make better decisions. You will also learn how Scrum Teams can use Kanban to get faster feedback, manage dependencies more effectively and keep improving continuously.
Through theory, practical examples and interactive exercises, you will develop a hands-on approach to delivering more value with fewer disruptions. This will help your team work in a more predictable, effective and focused way within complex Agile environments.
Who is this training for?

20+ client reviews
The training gave us concrete tools to make flow visible and resolve bottlenecks more quickly. We started taking on less work at once and now deliver value to our stakeholders more predictably. I had already used Kanban in practice, but this training showed just how powerful the combination of Scrum and Kanban can be. The flow metrics in particular helped us make better decisions. Many teams think their problem is capacity, when it is often about flow. This training gave us a new way of looking at work, wait times and predictability. Immediately applicable in our organisation.
