AI-Native Value Architect

From AI hype to demonstrably valuable solutions on the Agile Release Train.

AI-Native Value Architect

Most organisations already have AI in place. There are licences, copilots, pilots and enthusiastic teams. Yet it often remains a collection of isolated initiatives that never grow into solutions delivering demonstrable value. Scaled Agile puts it succinctly: stop chasing AI hype and start architecting real value.

The AI-Native Value Architect training is built for the professional who has to make that difference in practice. You learn how to systematically audit the AI tools your organisation already uses, how to filter opportunities on value and feasibility, and how to take AI initiatives beyond the proof of concept by scaling value through the Agile Release Train.

The training centres on four skills. You learn to lead the Value Maximizer Playbook using the Audit, Activate, Optimize and Centralize framework. You learn to translate risk into strategy with AI Fluency and Feasibility Filters. You learn to orchestrate the AI-Native Solution Lifecycle through the Sense, Discover, Design and Deliver phases. And you learn to make results visible with AI-Powered Storytelling, so decision-makers see the value that has actually been realised.

Over two days you work on your own organisational context, together with other participants. You become the connecting link between business and technical teams: the role that determines whether AI stays stuck in experiments or genuinely delivers value.

Who is this training for

This training is intended for professionals who need to turn AI initiatives within an Agile Release Train into demonstrable value, and who bridge business and technical teams in doing so.

Scaled Agile aims the training at Scrum Masters and Team Coaches, SAFe Practice Consultants, Release Train Engineers, System Architects, and Product Managers and Product Owners.

You will benefit most if you already work on an Agile Release Train, if you are involved in the choices around AI tools and AI initiatives, and if you want to take AI beyond isolated experiments and proofs of concept.

No prior knowledge is required. The training does not build on an earlier certification, but it does assume practical experience in an environment where multiple teams work together.

What can you expect during the training?

You start with an audit of what is already there. Which AI tools does the organisation use, what do they deliver and where is value being left on the table? Using the Value Maximizer Playbook you work through Audit, Activate, Optimize and Centralize, so you get more out of existing investments before starting new initiatives.

Next you learn to translate risk into strategy. With AI Fluency and Feasibility Filters you assess which AI opportunities are realistic, which risks are in play and which initiatives are worth pursuing.

You then work with the AI-Native Solution Lifecycle. Through the Sense, Discover, Design and Deliver phases you guide an AI initiative from signal to working solution, and make sure it scales through the Agile Release Train instead of stalling as a proof of concept.

Finally you practise AI-Powered Storytelling: how to present results and progress so that stakeholders and decision-makers understand the value realised and support the next steps.

After this training

Afterwards you know how to systematically audit the AI tools and AI initiatives in your organisation and how to get more value out of them. You can assess AI opportunities on value and feasibility and substantiate which initiatives to pursue and which not.

You can guide an AI initiative through the AI-Native Solution Lifecycle and scale value through the Agile Release Train, instead of getting stuck in isolated experiments. And you can make the value realised visible to the people who decide on budget and priorities.

You keep perpetual access to the course workbook, the companion app and Scaled Agile’s online learning materials, so you can keep using the tools after the training.

You can also become part of the Connected Movement community, where professionals share experiences, insights and practical examples around AI, Agile, Product Management, Leadership and digital transformation.
