Many organisations want to respond to change faster, collaborate more effectively and deliver greater value — but find themselves held back by complex structures, dependencies and traditional ways of working. Agile at team level is rarely enough to achieve true organisation-wide agility.
This training equips you to implement SAFe and guide organisations through Lean-Agile transformations at scale. You will gain a deep understanding of topics including Lean-Agile leadership, Agile Release Trains, PI Planning, portfolio alignment, coaching, change management and organisational development — and learn how to help teams, leadership and organisations grow towards Business Agility.
Topics covered include the SAFe implementation roadmap, Lean Portfolio Management, Agile product development, DevOps, coaching and facilitating organisational change. You will also learn how to launch Agile Release Trains, support teams and apply SAFe effectively within complex enterprise environments.
The training is highly practical and interactive. Through simulations, real-world examples and insights from actual SAFe transformations, you will gain not just theory but above all an understanding of what works — and where organisations commonly face challenges in practice.

What will you learn during this training?
During this training, you learn how to implement SAFe and guide organisations through Lean-Agile transformations.
You work on topics including the SAFe implementation roadmap, Agile Release Trains, PI Planning, Lean Portfolio Management, coaching, facilitation and organisational change. You will also explore how to help teams, leadership and stakeholders strengthen alignment, flow and Business Agility.
You will also learn how to launch Agile Release Trains, guide organisations through continuous improvement and apply SAFe within complex enterprise environments. Topics such as Lean thinking, DevOps, Agile product development and servant leadership are covered in depth.
The training is highly practical and interactive. Through simulations, discussions and real-world examples, you will gain concrete techniques and insights that are directly applicable in genuine transformation contexts.
After this training
After completing this training, you will know how to guide organisations through successful SAFe implementations and Lean-Agile transformations.
You will know how to launch Agile Release Trains, support teams and leaders, and help organisations grow towards Business Agility. You will also understand how Lean thinking, flow, coaching and alignment contribute to lasting organisational change.

About the exam
Once your attendance has been confirmed at the end of the training, you will have 60 days to sit the official SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) exam.
The online exam consists of multiple-choice questions and assesses your knowledge of topics including SAFe implementation, Lean-Agile leadership, Agile Release Trains, PI Planning, coaching, Lean Portfolio Management and Business Agility. The exam is in English.
Certification
On successfully passing the exam, you will receive the internationally recognised SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certificate from Scaled Agile.
You will also receive one year of access to the SAFe Community Platform, including additional content, tools and resources.

Yes. One exam voucher for the official SAFe Practice Consultant exam is included with the training.
