Leading with Impact
Many professionals work in organisations where change is the norm. Teams work Agile, dependencies increase and stakeholders have widely varying expectations. Despite good intentions and considerable effort, collaboration, decision-making and change can still be slow and difficult.
The root cause often lies not in processes or structures, but in behaviour, beliefs, interpersonal dynamics and invisible patterns that shape how people work together. These are precisely the factors that determine whether things move forward or get stuck.
Leading with Impact helps you understand these dynamics and influence them more deliberately. You learn to look beneath the surface so you can act more effectively in situations where interests, expectations and complexity converge.
The training focuses on personal leadership, team dynamics and organisational dynamics. You develop greater insight into your own behaviour, learn to recognise patterns within teams, and discover how to exercise strategic influence within larger organisational systems.
Through practice-based exercises, reflection and application to your own work context, you build a leadership approach that is not only effective in the short term but creates lasting impact on collaboration, ownership and results.
Who is this training for?
This training is designed for managers, team leaders, Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches and other professionals who play an active role in change and organisational development.
Organisations working with Agile, Lean or SAFe will also find significant value here. Particularly when cross-team collaboration becomes complex, stakeholders have competing interests, or change initiatives struggle to gain traction.
This training is for you when you realise that technical knowledge alone is no longer enough, and you want to develop a deeper understanding of behaviour, collaboration, influence and leadership in complex environments.
In short: you want not only to understand how leadership works, but to learn how to act with greater impact in practice.
What will you learn during this training?
The training consists of four half-day sessions that build logically on one another. Between sessions, you have the opportunity to apply your insights in practice, experiment with new behaviours and bring those experiences back to the next module.
In the first module, you work on strategic self-awareness. You explore your personal drivers, beliefs and behavioural patterns, and gain insight into how these influence your leadership. You develop a clear picture of your leadership profile and learn to make more deliberate choices in complex situations.
The second module focuses on interpersonal and team dynamics. You learn to recognise behavioural and communication patterns, open up conversations about tension, and handle conflict, expectations and resistance more effectively. You also gain insight into system roles and their influence on collaboration and performance.
In the third module, the focus shifts to organisational dynamics and strategic influence. You examine how organisational systems, interests and underlying forces drive behaviour. You learn how to manage expectations more effectively, engage stakeholders more successfully and position yourself more strongly within the broader organisational landscape.
In the fourth module, you bring all your insights together. You work on lasting leadership impact by integrating personal, team and organisational insights into your day-to-day practice. You develop concrete routines and a personal action framework that helps you continue to grow as a leader beyond the training.
