In this training, you will learn how Obeya helps make strategy, goals, progress, obstacles and collaboration visible in one shared environment. You will gain an understanding of the 11 Obeya Principles, visual management, alignment, continuous improvement and the role of rhythm and dialogue in modern organisations. You will also explore how Obeya supports better conversations and faster, more broadly supported decision-making.
The training is highly practical and interactive. You will work with real-world examples, visualisations and exercises that reflect genuine organisational dynamics, and learn how to apply Obeya in strategy execution, Agile ways of working, Lean management and organisational development.

During the training, you will learn the fundamentals of Obeya and discover how organisations use it to connect strategy, execution and collaboration visually. You will gain an understanding of the 11 Obeya Principles and learn how Obeya helps strengthen focus, alignment, transparency and continuous improvement.
You will work on topics such as visual management, meeting rhythms, alignment, KPIs, goal-setting, problem-solving and collaboration around shared goals. You will also learn how Obeya supports better conversations, makes dependencies visible and leads to faster, more broadly supported decision-making.
Topics covered include the four Obeya quadrants — Mindset, Alignment, Workspace and Content — as well as roles such as Obeya Builder and Obeya Host. Through practical examples and interactive exercises, you will discover how Obeya is applied within Lean, Agile and modern organisational development.
The training is highly interactive and practical. You will leave with concrete tools to apply Obeya directly within your own team or organisation.

After the training, you can sit the official Obeya Fundamentals exam.
The exam consists of multiple choice questions and tests your knowledge of topics such as the 11 Obeya Principles, visual management, alignment, meeting rhythms and the application of Obeya within organisations.
On successfully completing the exam, you will receive the official Obeya Fundamentals certificate.

On successfully completing the exam, you will receive the official Obeya Fundamentals certificate from the Obeya Association.
This certification confirms that you understand the fundamentals of Obeya and have knowledge of its principles, ways of working and applications within organisations. The certificate demonstrates your familiarity with topics such as the 11 Obeya Principles, visual management, alignment, collaboration and creating effective decision-making around strategic goals.
