Laurens Bonnema is an Agile Trainer, management consultant, author and mentor for leaders building resilient organisations in an increasingly complex world. Throughout his career he has worked as a programmer, tester, business intelligence analyst, general manager, project and programme manager, and ultimately as an Agile management consultant and trainer. This broad practical experience allows him to bridge theory and practice effectively, helping organisations achieve lasting change.
Laurens has worked with a wide range of leading organisations, including KLM, Enexis, NS, ProRail, ASML, Siemens, Schneider Electric, the City of Amsterdam, Shell, AkzoNobel, TomTom, VodafoneZiggo, Transavia, PGGM, Philips, Alliander, Rabobank and SAP.
Alongside his work as a consultant and trainer, Laurens is a sought-after speaker at conferences, events and leadership gatherings. He is known for his ability to make complex topics accessible and to engage participants in a way that is both inspiring and interactive.
Laurens is co-author of the books The Professional Agile Leader, Inspiring Project Management with Agile and 50 FAQs of a Scrum Master. He also shares his knowledge regularly through articles, podcasts, videos and presentations.
