Content
Many Scrum Masters have a solid grasp of the Scrum basics, but find that the real challenges emerge as teams, stakeholders and organisations grow more complex. Teams get stuck in dependencies, change stalls and building genuine agility requires more than just facilitating Scrum events.
In this advanced training, you will learn how to operate more effectively as a Scrum Master in complex organisational environments. You will gain insight into servant leadership, coaching, facilitation, handling resistance, team dynamics and organisational change. You will also discover how experienced Scrum Masters consciously apply different stances and interventions to help teams and organisations move forward.
Topics covered include empiricism, Scrum values, stakeholder management, coaching Product Owners and Developers, handling conflict, scaling challenges and guiding continuous improvement. You will also explore how Scrum Masters help organisations create an environment in which Agile teams can thrive.
The training is highly practical and interactive. Through case studies, group discussions, reflection and real-world examples, you actively work on situations that experienced Scrum Masters encounter day-to-day in modern organisations.

During the training, you work on realistic scenarios that experienced Scrum Masters encounter in complex organisations.

You also learn how to support Product Owners, Developers and organisations in improving collaboration, flow and continuous improvement. You explore the different stances of a Scrum Master and learn how to consciously choose interventions based on the situation and maturity of teams.

About the exam
After completing the training, you will receive an exam voucher for the official Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) assessment from Scrum.org. The online exam consists of multiple-choice questions and covers advanced Scrum knowledge, servant leadership and the application of Scrum in complex real-world situations.
If you take the exam within 14 days and do not pass with at least 85%, you will receive a second exam opportunity from Scrum.org at no additional cost.
Certification
Upon successfully completing the assessment, you will receive the internationally recognised Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) certificate from Scrum.org.
The certification confirms your advanced knowledge of Scrum, servant leadership and the role of the Scrum Master within complex organisations. Scrum.org certifications do not expire.
