You gain insight into topics such as Design Thinking, Lean product management, product strategy, customer centricity, discovery and innovation flow. You also discover how product professionals help organisations build products that genuinely matter in rapidly changing markets.
Topics covered include customer research, value proposition design, product vision, roadmapping, backlog prioritisation and continuous assumption validation. You also explore how product management works alongside Agile teams, business and technology in larger organisations and Agile Release Trains.
The training is highly practical and interactive. Through exercises, workshops and real-world examples, you actively develop modern product management skills that you can apply directly within your own organisational context.

About the exam
Once the training is complete and your attendance has been confirmed, you have 60 days to sit the official SAFe Agile Product Management (APM) exam.
The online exam consists of multiple-choice questions and tests your knowledge of topics such as Design Thinking, Lean product management, customer centricity, product strategy, discovery and innovation within SAFe. The exam is in English.
Certification
Upon passing the exam, you receive the internationally recognised SAFe Agile Product Management (APM) certificate from Scaled Agile.
You will also receive one year of access to the SAFe Community Platform, including additional content, tools and resources.

Is the exam included?
Yes. One exam voucher for the official SAFe Agile Product Management exam is included with the training.
Will I get a certificate?
Yes. Upon passing the exam, you receive the internationally recognised SAFe Agile Product Management certificate from Scaled Agile.
