Sebastiaan Zuiddam

Sebastiaan Zuiddam helps organisations create momentum in complex environments where strategy, technology, product development and collaboration converge. As co-founder and Chief Portfolio Officer of Connected Movement, he focuses on developing new areas of expertise, training programmes and Micro Consulting propositions that help organisations grow sustainably and work together more effectively.

His strength lies in connecting people, ideas and execution. Sebastiaan moves easily between leadership, portfolio, product management and teams, helping organisations turn direction into concrete results. He combines hands-on experience in large-scale Agile transformations with an entrepreneurial mindset, product thinking and organisational development.

Within Connected Movement, Sebastiaan works across areas including Scaled Agility, Lean Portfolio Management, product development, Profit Streams™ and Role Clarity. He collaborates closely with experts and practitioners to develop new methods, training programmes and community initiatives that can be applied directly in practice. At the heart of his work is always the same question: how do you create sustainable value, and how do you ensure that people work together effectively to make that value possible?

Sebastiaan has worked in a wide range of environments, from fast-growing businesses to large organisations such as the Dutch Tax Authority, ASML and Alliander. He is known for his energy, his ability to build connections and his capacity to create momentum in situations where complexity, dependencies and change come together.

Alongside his work as an entrepreneur and consultant, Sebastiaan is a trainer and speaker. He is a strong believer in learning through practice and in communities where professionals help each other grow. From this perspective, he works with Connected Movement to build a network of practitioners who share knowledge, experiment and help organisations move forward.

Outside of work, Sebastiaan enjoys spending time with his family, on the water, on his road bike or walking in nature. Sport, entrepreneurship and personal development are an important combination for him — a mix of energy, rest and inspiration.
