Many organisations have strategies, plans and KPIs, yet still struggle with focus, alignment and execution. Teams work hard, but priorities keep shifting, objectives are not always clearly connected and progress is often measured in activities rather than real impact.
In this training, you will learn how to use Objectives & Key Results (OKRs) effectively to better connect strategy with execution. You will gain insight into writing compelling Objectives, measurable Key Results and setting up a workable OKR cycle across teams and organisations. You will also discover how OKRs help create greater focus, ownership, transparency and alignment.
The training is highly practical and interactive. Through exercises, real-world examples and realistic case studies, you learn not only how OKRs work in theory, but above all how to apply them successfully in modern organisations and teams.

The exam consists of multiple-choice questions and tests your knowledge of topics such as Objectives & Key Results, alignment, strategy execution, OKR cycles and outcome-focused working.
Certification
Upon successfully completing the exam, you will receive the internationally recognised Certified OKR Practitioner (C-OKRP®) certificate.
