SAFe for Teams Certification Course SP
Learn how Agile teams collaborate in a SAFe environment and discover how you, as a team member, contribute to flow, collaboration, and value delivery within an Agile Release Train (ART). Available as a practice-oriented instructor-led training.
Content
Many organisations work in an Agile way, but discover that collaboration becomes more complex when multiple teams contribute to the same products and value streams. Teams need to manage dependencies, coordinate planning, and continuously align business and technology.
In this training you will learn how Agile teams work together effectively within a SAFe environment. You will gain insight into topics such as Scrum, Kanban, Agile Release Trains, PI Planning, backlog management, flow and continuous improvement. You will also explore how teams can collaborate more effectively around shared goals and customer value.
Topics covered include team and ART events, iteration planning, cross-team collaboration, transparency, built-in quality and DevOps. You will also learn how teams contribute to alignment, predictability and value delivery within larger organisations.
The training is highly practical and interactive. Through exercises, simulations and real-world examples, you gain not just theory but genuine insight into how Agile teams work successfully within real SAFe environments.
This training also works particularly well as preparation for launching a new Agile Release Train. Many organisations choose to train the entire ART together from the outset, so that teams, business stakeholders, product roles and other stakeholders develop a shared language, way of working and set of expectations from the start. This typically leads to stronger alignment, better collaboration and a smoother ART launch.

A good introduction to how teams work together within SAFe. PI Planning and the simulations in particular made a lot of things clear. We used this training just before launching our new ART. It created a great deal of alignment and gave us a shared foundation. Practical training with lots of interaction. I now have a much better understanding of how our ART works together.
