There’s a lot happening in your organisation. Teams are delivering work continuously, dependencies are growing and stakeholders are demanding both speed and clear decisions. At the same time, the backlog keeps expanding, priorities shift regularly and it can be difficult to maintain focus on what truly matters to customers.
In this training, you’ll learn how to operate effectively as a Product Owner or Product Manager within an Agile Release Train (ART). You’ll gain insight into Lean-Agile principles, customer-centric working, backlog management, PI Planning, stakeholder management and value-driven prioritisation. You’ll also discover how to better connect strategy, execution and customer value in complex organisations.
The training is practice-led and interactive. Through real-world examples and the trainer’s own experience, you’ll gain more than just theory – you’ll learn what actually works in practice and where organisations commonly get stuck.

The training gave me a much clearer understanding of how Product Owners and Product Managers collaborate in SAFe around value, priorities and alignment. A great combination of theory, practical examples and trainers with genuine experience in complex organisations. After the training, we were able to align PI Planning and backlog management much more closely with our strategic goals.
