Content
Many organisations work with Agile but still experience dependencies, unclear ownership and limited flow between teams. Scrum Masters play a key role here, but working effectively in larger organisations often demands more than just knowledge of Scrum events and team coaching.
In this training, you will learn how to operate effectively as a Scrum Master in a SAFe environment. You will gain insight into servant leadership, team dynamics, Agile teams, facilitation, coaching and collaboration within an Agile Release Train (ART). You will also learn how Scrum Masters contribute to flow, continuous improvement and alignment between teams, stakeholders and the wider organisation.
Topics covered include PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, Agile team events, Kanban, DevOps, team coaching and supporting Agile teams in complex organisations. You will also explore how to help teams surface dependencies, improve collaboration and deliver more value.
The training is highly practical and interactive. Through real-world examples, exercises and experiences from genuine SAFe environments, you will gain not just theory, but real insight into how Agile ways of working and Scrum Mastery function within larger organisations.
