Björn Schuster is an experienced Agile trainer, coach and consultant with over 15 years of experience in IT and consulting. He has worked intensively with Scrum for more than 11 years and with SAFe for over 9 years, across a wide range of sectors including banking, insurance, logistics, energy, software and industrial organisations.
Björn helps people, teams and organisations work in a more agile, effective and successful way. In his training he combines proven methods with systemic thinking, genuine human engagement and a strong focus on practical application. His aim is not simply to transfer knowledge, but to inspire participants and make lasting change possible.
Since 2016, Björn has delivered training and coaching in SAFe, Scrum, product development, Requirements Engineering, testing and Agile transformations. He has now delivered over 175 training courses to more than 1,500 participants, including a significant number of SAFe, Scrum and IREB certification programmes.
Alongside his work as a trainer, Björn supports organisations with SAFe implementations, Agile Portfolio Management, organisational development and change management. He guides Agile transformations at team, department and management level, and has extensive experience coaching leaders and establishing Communities of Practice. With a background in both Agile and traditional project environments, he is well placed to support organisations effectively at every stage of their development.
