Judith van Hoof is an energetic transformation leader, trainer and speaker with over 16 years of experience in digital and Agile transformation. With a Master of Science in Organisational Sociology, she combines a deep understanding of organisations, human behaviour and change with a strong focus on delivering concrete results.

Her expertise lies in translating complex AI and digital developments into practical applications that help organisations work more efficiently, collaborate better and remain fit for the future. She looks not only at the technology, but also at the people who work with it. For Judith, successful AI adoption requires more than new tools — it calls for new ways of thinking, working together and learning.

Within Connected Movement, Judith works as a trainer, consultant and thought leader in the areas of AI, digital transformation and organisational change. She also has extensive expertise in the AI Native Framework, which helps organisations learn how to embed AI structurally into their strategy, leadership, teams and day-to-day working practices.
