AI is rapidly changing how organisations work, make decisions and deliver value. At the same time, many professionals are grappling with questions such as: where does AI genuinely add value, how do you use it responsibly, and how do you prevent AI from becoming nothing more than a collection of disconnected experiments?
In this training, you will explore the fundamentals of AI and learn how to apply it practically and effectively within modern organisations. You will gain insight into topics such as generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompting, agents and AI-driven workflows. The focus is not purely on technology — it is above all on how people and organisations can work more intelligently with AI.

What will you learn during this training?
During the training, you will explore the fundamentals of AI and learn how to apply it practically and responsibly in your daily work and organisation. You will gain insight into key concepts such as generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompting, agents and AI-driven workflows.
You will discover how AI is transforming work processes and how organisations are using AI to work faster, make better decisions and accelerate innovation. The focus is not just on what AI can do technically, but above all on how to use AI effectively in practice.
Topics covered include prompting techniques, responsible AI use, workflow redesign and identifying high-value AI use cases. You will work with practical examples and exercises that give you first-hand experience of how AI can support collaboration, productivity and decision-making.
The training is interactive and practice-oriented. You will leave with concrete tools to apply AI more intelligently in your own work and a better understanding of the impact AI has on teams, organisations and delivery processes.
After this training
By the end of the training, you will have a solid grasp of the key AI concepts and know how to apply AI practically and responsibly in your daily work and organisation. You will be better placed to judge where AI genuinely adds value, how to use AI tools more effectively and how AI supports collaboration, productivity and decision-making. You will also have a clearer understanding of the opportunities and risks that AI presents within modern organisations.
Once the training is complete and your attendance has been confirmed, you will receive access to the official certification exam. Upon passing, you will receive the internationally recognised AI-Native Foundations certificate from Scaled Agile, Inc.

About the exam
The AI Native Foundations training prepares you for the official AI Native Foundations exam from Scaled Agile.
Once the training is complete — and your attendance has been confirmed — you will receive access to the online exam. The exam consists of 45 multiple-choice questions, is taken online and is entirely in English.
Certification
Upon successfully completing the training, you are eligible to sit the official AI Native Foundations exam from Scaled Agile. If you pass, you will receive the internationally recognised Certified AI-Native Foundations Professional certification.
This certification demonstrates that you understand the core principles of AI Native working and can apply AI effectively within modern product development and organisations.
