For me, Agile isn’t an end goal — it’s a way to strengthen collaboration, help organisations become more adaptable and bring more energy to work. As Agile Lead Transformation and Agile Coach at the Ministry of Finance, I support teams, leaders and organisational units in developing a more effective and human-centred way of working. Especially when things stall, I bring fresh energy, focus and momentum.
I get excited by innovation and building smart, elegant solutions with other curious people. I most enjoy working alongside developers, product teams and leaders on ideas that make a real difference in practice — in an environment where trust, creativity and space to experiment are valued. Connection is central to how I work, because genuine and lasting change always begins with people.
Alongside my coaching work, I’m active as a SAFe Advanced Practice Consultant (A-SPC) and trainer. In my training sessions, it’s not just about acquiring knowledge — it’s about getting people moving. My style is coaching, direct and activating, with plenty of room for humour, reflection and honest conversations.
People I work with describe me as open, sociable and approachable. At the same time, I bring strong analytical thinking and a solutions-focused perspective. I ask questions that help people move forward, provide direction where needed and enjoy contributing positively to the dynamics and atmosphere in teams.
What drives me? Growing together, building greater adaptability and making sure work gives energy again.
