SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE)
Learn how to guide Agile Release Trains as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) within a SAFe environment. Develop skills in facilitation, coaching, flow management and organisation-wide collaboration, and discover how to help teams and stakeholders deliver value together more effectively at scale. Available as a practice-oriented instructor-led training.
Content
Many organisations work Agile at team level, but start to experience challenges once multiple teams need to collaborate within larger programmes or value streams. Dependencies increase, alignment becomes more complex, and teams lose momentum due to a lack of visibility, cadence and collaboration.
In this training, you will learn how to operate effectively as a Release Train Engineer within a SAFe environment. You will gain insight into the role of the RTE as a servant leader, coach and facilitator of the Agile Release Train (ART). You will also discover how to strengthen flow, collaboration, alignment and continuous improvement within complex organisations.
The training is highly practical and interactive. Through exercises, real-world examples and experiences from actual SAFe environments, you will gain not only theoretical knowledge, but above all insight into how successful Agile Release Trains operate in practice.
