The other day, on a rainy day in a traffic jam, my gaze was caught by a mural of Johan Cruijff, accompanied by his famous statement, "Alone you can do nothing, together you can do everything." This captures exactly the essence of 'Connected Movement': by working together and pooling experiences, we become smarter and more effective. It is what makes us flexible, customer-focused and scalable. Thus, we have a suitable solution for many problems in digital transformations.

At Connected Movement, I bear responsibility for both the organisation and structure within our company. When it comes to meticulous administration and punctual adherence to appointments, I am the go-to person. The precision required by my role as 'finance director' has given me a sharp analytical mind. But besides financial tasks, I also have a lot of contact with our clients and professionals. I combine financial insight with the ability to connect people. This unique interplay ensures that I not only see the bigger financial picture, but also understand the value of individual relationships. My passion lies in bringing together people who can complement and strengthen each other.

Three relationships are key for me: our business partners, our training participants and our professionals. My goal is to ensure that everyone experiences added value, not only financially but also in terms of content. We proudly launched a brand new training course recently, together with an affiliated professional: 'DNA of Agile Management Teams'. I also delved into a new holistic approach in Product Management; Profit Streams. Incredibly refreshing to take a different look at problems we encounter again in almost every organisation. Our trip to Silicon Valley to learn this first-hand from Luke Hohman and Jason Tanner was hugely inspiring.

In this way, we deliver tremendous added value to our clients. Thanks to our network, these trainings can be widely disseminated and recognised. Our recent partnership as a Platinum SPC-T partner with Scaled Agile from America also opens new doors. We constantly strive to be innovative and up to date with the most current best practice from the field, which makes our work extremely relevant.
